Friday, September 15 Pastor – Organist Dinner
First Congregational Church, 835 Riverside Ave., Torrington
6 p.m. Gather and socialize; 6:30 pizza and… dinner; 7:30 discussion of pastor-organist relationships and issues led by Dr. Glen Segger, Minister of Music at St. Peter Church in Danbury.  Dr. Segger has a Master’s degree in organ from Yale Institute of Sacred Music and a PhD with distinction in Liturgical Studies from Drew University.  This event will be free to participants, but you must notify Ken and Betsy Beyer, hosts, so they will have an accurate count, beyermusic@snet.net .

Saturday, October 14 Choral anthem sharing and reading session
St. John’s Episcopal Church (on the Green), 16 Church Street, Waterbury
10 a.m. – noon Bring a folder of copies of an anthem you love for the group to sing, and please be prepared to accompany it on either piano or organ – we plan to set up in the chancel of the church. Please contact Michael Petruzzi, mpetruzzi_ago@yahoo.com in advance to let him know the anthem title, publisher, and order number so we can type up a list to hand out.

9:15 a.m. – 3:15 p.m. (Concert/sharing time: 2 p.m.) Bring bag lunches, please.
